Feel Good Foods

Wow, these foods make me feel good from deep down within. When consumed, the feeling of tingly goodness transforms my face to radiate bliss and satisfaction. These are listed in no order of prejudice.

1. Snickers ice-cream.

2. Feel good juice. Couldn't have been given a more appropriate name. Delightfully refreshing.

3. Blueberries (but not the small Norwegian ones that come from the forest): a whole handful stuffed into my mouth at once to enjoy the sweet juicy crunch. Forget eating one at a time.

4. Fazer chocolate from Finland. Perfection! Dreamy and smooth.

5. Chocolate chip cookies. I drink a glass of milk with these so that when I feel to full, a swig of milk washes it all down and I can divulge in eating even more.

6. Ben and Jerry's Phish Food ice-cream. The perfect blend of chocolate ice-cream, caramel, marshmallow swirl and small chunks of fudge. Delectable!

7. Watermelon: Most enjoyed when cut in half and dug out with with a spoon, and eating it all by myself. Sigh.

8. Tofino's Common Loaf Bakery Cheese Bun: the perfect blend of yummy brown bread, cheese and herbs. Nostalgia.

All are awesome choices! I must say I'm also a lover of the cookies and milk. You're right, the milk is a great way to balance out the sweet and keep going. :)
